Konica AR system

Discontinued

Konica's 35mm SLR system using a new version of the bayonet mount. The Auto-Reflex (1965) was the first focal-plane shutter automatic exposure 35mm SLR, the Autoreflex T (1968) was the first to have a TTL exposure meter, and the FS-1 (1979) to receive an electronically controlled shutter. Interchangeable lenses with focal lengths from 15 to 1000mm were produced for the system. Exceptionally high resolution, freedom from chromatic aberration, coma and flare firmly established Hexanon lenses as among the finest lenses available in the world market.
