From the editor

A special limited LEICA MP 6 black paint finish camera with classic leather covering released in 400 units in 2003.

The camera was born out of requests from Leica fans who wanted the ultimate Leica mechanical camera. Mechanically it was based on the M6 classic, with the exception of the TTL meter (which was from the M6 TTL), but borrowed a lever and dials from the M3. The camera had a brass top and bottom plates, and was accompanied by the matching Leicavit M.
