A single gold-plated LEICA M3 camera released in 1956.

The set consisted of:

  • Gold-plated LEICA M3 body Serial No. 834000 (1956 batch);
  • Gold-plated COLLAPSIBLE SUMMICRON 50/2 lens Serial No. 1379604 (1956 batch);
  • Gold-plated lens cap;
  • Gold-plated Leica-METER MC Serial No. 51310.

In 1957, LEICA released another gold-plated LEICA M3 set, but this time the lens was RIGID SUMMICRON 50/2.
