It includes a hard case, accepts 72mm filters and HN-9 lens hood.

Manufacturer description #2

The 28mm f3.5 PC-Nikkor is a compact lens with wide, 92° covering power and a 74° angle of view. Its optical design provides exceptional correction for coma, an aberration that can deteriorate off-axis images, and practically eliminates light falloff for even illumination and ultimate perspective control across the field. This 28mm focuses to one foot and incorporates a 72mm accessory thread. Both 28 and 35mm PC-Nikkors provide heavy-duty milled knobs for shift adjustments with graduated scales in precise 1mm intervals.
