Manufacturer description
November 21, 2000 - Konica will release the new interchangeable lens "M-HEXANON LENS 35mm/F2" for the "Konica HEXAR RF" interchangeable-lens rangefinder camera in late December 2000.
The new M-HEXANON LENS 35mm/F2 has an easy-to-use 35mm angle of view and a bright maximum aperture of F2. All lenses in the optical system, consisting of 8 elements in 7 groups, are multi-coated to improve color reproduction and suppress flare and ghosting caused by lens surface reflections. In addition, the use of high-refractive-index, low-dispersion glass effectively corrects various aberrations such as coma aberration, achieving high resolution and high contrast even at maximum aperture. The lens also achieves the soft bokeh and warm expressiveness that are characteristic of the M-HEXANON LENS series. The M-HEXANON LENS 35mm/F2 is a lens that you can enjoy for its capabilities in a variety of shooting applications, including snapshot photography.
