Extremely rare standard lens for the Киев-181 35mm SLR camera with the Nikon F mount. When developing the lens, the engineers were apparently inspired by the Nikkor 50/1.4. According to the unconfirmed information, around 30 (Thirty) lenses were produced in 1990 by the Arsenal Plant (Kiev, USSR). As for the camera, it remained at the prototype stage and was never put into production.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the lens was produced in small batches under the new name "ARSAT H 1:1.4 50mm" and was intended as a standard lens for the КИЕВ-19М. According to rough estimates, no more than 1,500 (One thousand five hundred) lenses were produced in 1994, 1995 and 2000.
