From the editor
The Leica Summilux 35/1.4 in all its variations was (is) a compact, lightweight lens that delivered remarkable optical performance wide open. 7Artisans released their own version of the classic 35/1.4, but compared to the German lens it turned out to be larger (69.4mm) and heavier (404g). According to the manufacturer, the optical formula combines features of both Sonnar and Biogon types and provides good image quality wide open.
