Extremely rare short telephoto lens produced both by the Krasnogorsk Mechanical Plant (USSR) and Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant (USSR). The lenses from each factory differed in design. The Lytkarino Plant also produced a ВЕГА-13А version with an interchangeable mount.

Light transmission: 0.81. Resolving power, mm-1, not less than: in the center of the field: 47, at the edges of the field: 27.
