Manufacturer description
Tamron's new extended-range zoom lens offers higher performance and even more attractive features than before - encompassing focal lengths from 35mm (wide-angle) to 135mm (medium telephoto). The new 35-135mm features Tamron's innovative four-group multi-motion zoom design, and measures only 100.5mm. This extremely compact package delivers outstanding optical performance throughout the entire focusing range, and offers - in a single lens - all the focal lengths desirable for general photography.
Tamron's special twin-focusing system offers a maximum magnification of 1:4 at a distance of 0.28m at a focal length of 35mm.
Tamron Adaptall-2 series
The third generation of Tamron lenses with interchangeable mount system for practically all major SLR cameras. Introduced in 1979.
