Mamiya CP M42
35mm SLR system · Discontinued
Overview
A 35mm film SLR system, introduced in August 1964, consisting of a single camera, the Mamiya/Sekor CP (CWP for the US market), and a small number of M42-mount lenses. The CP was a fully mechanical camera with instant-return mirror and a window exposure meter. As for the lenses, some of them had automatic diaphragms, while others were preset lenses. They can be distinguished from later models for the TL/DTL series cameras by the "Mamiya-Sekor" marking instead of the ("Auto") "Mamiya/Sekor".
