Canon EOS R APS-C
APS-C mirrorless system
Overview
Canon's digital mirrorless system that is based on the Canon RF mount and uses APS-C format sensors. The cameras belonging to this system are almost as capable as their 35mm full-frame counterparts, and the compact size and light weight of dedicated optics only adds points. As with the Nikon Z APS-C system, the range of lenses is unlikely to be extensive, but you can always use lenses designed for 35mm full-frame EOS R cameras to satisfy your particular photographic needs.
