Manufacturer description
Long-focus lens with eight times the image size of the normal focal-length lens. Surprisingly easy to handle at 21 cm long thanks to internal focusing and short focusing movement. Indispensable for distant views, long-range wildlife photography, sports photography, etc. Recommended accessory: a shoulder support to prevent shake.

The lens was produced under the following names:
- Rolleinar-MC 1:5.6 f=400mm - made by Tokina
- VOIGTLÄNDER COLOR-DYNAREX 5.6/400 AR - made by Tokina
The reason for the release of this lens in different names was that Rolleiflex SL35 series cameras were sold under the name Voigtlander in a number of markets.
Optically the lens is the same as the RMC Tokina 400mm 1:5.6.
