The lens looks suspiciously like the Venus Optics Laowa 60/2.8 Ultra Macro. The optical formulas are different, but otherwise there are many similarities, including the tube at the rear of the lens barrel, which suggests that this lens was originally designed for 35mm full-frame SLR cameras, but was later adapted for 35mm full-frame mirrorless cameras.
The lens is also sold under the name "Cheecar 60/2.8 Macro 2:1" (version II).
