Abbreviations
MC | Multi-layer anti-reflection coating is applied to the surfaces of lens elements. This anti-reflection coating increases light transmission, eliminates flare and ghosting, and maintains color consistence among all lens models. |

From the editor
An ultra-thin, large aperture wide-angle lens that stands out from today's large, heavy retrofocus lenses. Belongs to the modified double Gauss type. The large front and rear elements are made of high refractive index, low dispersion glass. According to the manufacturer, the lens suffers from a large curvature of field (0.3mm) wide open, but as the aperture is stopped down, its effect is reduced due to the increased depth of field. Another drawback is strong vignetting, especially wide open.
On the front ring the lens name is for some reason indicated as APORA, but in fact it is called APORIA. The manufacturer clearly lacked space on the front ring, as even the company name is indicated as "MS-OT" instead of "MS OPTICS".
