Abbreviations

From the editor

An ultra-compact and lightweight wide-angle lens that, unlike conventional 28mm lenses, is a modified double Gauss design and does not have ASPH elements in its optical system.

According to the manufacturer, astigmatism is fully corrected, the field curvature is only 0.3mm, chromatic aberrations are at a level comparable to apochromatic lenses, at F/2-F/2.5, sharpness and contrast are good within the 20mm image circle and the lens provides beautiful bokeh, starting from F/4 the performance is very good over entire field.

The lens was available in black, silver or black paint finish. The package included both protective caps and a small round black lens hood.
