Manufacturer description
The "МС Мир-47М" lens is an ultra-wide-angle lens designed for "Зенит" and "Praktica" SLR cameras. It can also be used with other SLR cameras with a frame format of 24x36 mm, М42х1 thread mount, a working distance of 45.5 mm, which have an automatic control device for the pressure aperture.
Designed for shooting architectural ensembles, interiors, landscapes on black-and-white and color film; using the "МС Мир-47М" lens, you can shoot in museums, stadiums, etc.
The lens is equipped with an automated pressure diaphragm controlled by the camera mechanism.
The lens has a large angular field, large depth of field and enhanced perspective, which makes it possible to clearly distinguish between the foreground, center and background and focus on various details in the frame.
Fast speed (1:2.5) allows you to shoot in low light conditions.
Light transmission: 0.8. Resolving power, mm-1: at the center of the field: 55, at the edges of the field: 17.
From the editor
Since the use of front filters is not possible due to the ultra wide angle of view, the lens accepts M27x0.5 interchangeable filters that are screwed onto the rear element. The following filters were supplied with the lens: УФ-1* (UV), О-2,8* (Orange) and ЖЗ-1,4* (Yellow/Green).
