The lens was produced by the Arsenal Plant (USSR) since approximately 1981 (in the magazine "Советское Фото" this year was indicated as the year of the planned start of production of the lens).
Optically the lens is the same as the Mir-20M 20/3.5 MC, but has the Nikon F mount (hence "Н" in the lens name) and accepts front 95mm screw-in filters with adapter 77/95.
Light transmission: 0.90. Resolving power, mm-1: at the center of the field: 50, at the edges of the field: 20.
