Mamiya DSX series owners operating manual, as well as MSX 500 owners operating manual state that the lens construction features 7 elements in 4 groups. This is not true, since the Rolleinar-MC 35/2.8 lens, which was based on the same optical formula, clearly has 5 groups according to the image of the optical formula.
