Classic Double-Gauss design; the lens is precisely assembled and calibrated by our technicians at the utmost degree of tolerance and materials used. The lens performs closely to the famous Eight-Element 35mm f2. Lens body made from solid brass, stainless steel, and aluminum; infinity knob included.

- Revolutionary new design of the 35mm f/2 Eight Element.
- Lens uses the same optical formula as the original Eight Element. Improvements include a minimal focus distance of 0.5m (Rangefinder coupled to 0.7m).
- A removable UV filter is integrated into the lens. It does not have a filter thread. Full brass body, elements are made in-house with lanthanide and lead infused.
- Fully compatible with all LTM/M-Mount cameras, including the M5/CL and digital M Rangefinders.
- Lenses are made by hand and assembled in limited quantities at the highest quality control and tolerance.

September 5, 2023 - As an innovative product, the 35mm f/2 collapsible Eight Element received positive reviews on its unique size and performance. As we received feedback from customers, our aim of customer satisfaction is our priority. With popular demand, we announce the release of E39 lens hood for the collapsible Eight Element.
The E39 clip-on lens hood is designed for the collapsible Eight Element and other E39 lenses. The lens hood features an E43 filter thread. With the introduction of filter thread, the customer may remove the existing built-in UV filter using a lens spanner wrench. The lens hood tightening knob may also use as an aperture indicator.
The E39 lens hood will be made from brass and available in the following finishes: chrome, black paint, nickel chrome.
All future purchase collapsible Eight Element will also include the lens hood. The lens hood will be sold separately at a later date.

The lens comes with metal front lens cap, plastic rear M-mount lens cap, 35/135 M-mount adapter, E39 push-on lens hood.
