Originally designed for medium format 6x6 SLR cameras. Same optical design as the Tele-ENNALYT 400/4.5.
The lens has a rear holder for drop-in filters.
In his book "The Photographic Lens" (1968), Hans Martin Brandt states that lens consists of 5 elements in 4 groups. This information requires verification.
