From the editor
A version of the LITHAGON 35/2.8 with the same optical design but new style of the lens barrel.
The lens existed in versions with different styles of focusing and aperture rings:
- TYPE 1: alternating white bands and finely ribbed black bands;
- TYPE 2: narrow alternating black and white bands.
We decided not to record these types separately in the database because the specifications are the same.
In his book "The Photographic Lens" (1968), Hans Martin Brandt lists the following SLR cameras for which the LITHAGON 35/2.8 was available at the time: Alpa, Asahi Pentax, Edixa, Exakta, Exa II, Miranda, Pentacon, Praktina, Praktica.
