SHUTTER: Focal plane type.

SHUTTER SPEEDS: B, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250 and 1/500 sec. Single pivot non-rotating dial with built-in selftimer.

VIEW FINDER: Penta Prism Viewfinder with built-in micromic lens focusing system.

FILM TRANSPORT: Single-stroke 180° rapid transport advances film and cocks the shutter.

The new PETRI FLEX V3 exclusively features the super fast Petri Automatic f:1.8 55mm lens and the accessory shoe for clip-on-and-coupled high sensitive CdS exposure meter. It also has all other features of Petri Flex V camera.

The camera was sold under the names Petri PENTA V3 or Petri V3 FLEX (for export).

Essentially it was the same camera as the Petri PENTA V2, but with two studs on the right side of the front plate, to allow an accessory CdS exposure meter to be mounted, plus a new standard lens, Petri C.C Auto 55/1.8.
