The 7Artisans 50/1.4 is both a short telephoto lens with ultra-fast speed of F/1.4 and classic modified double Gauss formula, and a perspective correction lens that allows tilt in the range of +/-6° and shift (range not disclosed by the manufacturer). The lens has a moderate weight and size, making it quite portable. This lens not only gives you the ability to blur the background and isolate your subject, as well as shoot in low light conditions, but also perform distortion correction to capture straight lines in your shot and control the orientation of the plane of focus and depth of field.
